Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on AC & Refrigeration Faculty to teach 1 year AC & Refrigeration Diploma course . The ideal candidate has strong industry experience and a passion for training the next generation of AC & Refrigeration professionals through practical, skills-based instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the 1-year Diploma and short-term Certificate in AC & Refrigeration courses as per the syllabus.
• Technical knowledge of Split AC, Window AC, and Refrigerator is essential.
• Conduct practical and theory sessions as per the session plan.
• Maintain all documents properly.
• Conduct field visits.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure safe use of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / NCVT / Diploma in AC & Refrigeration trade.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Teaching or training experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of required technologies.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
